The place was attractive and quiet and the staff were polite, the location was magnificent close to the metro. Location: the hotel was right by communal areas, the Gare de l'est train station and Gare du Nord which has even more connections👍

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with convenient access to the Louvre Museum almost 2 km away and the enchanting Sainte-Chapelle just under 3 km from the hotel as I discovered the beauty of Paris. The cozy interiors of the hotel made sure I felt at home while I explored the surroundings, perfect for a solo traveler like me, though it would be better to improve the ventilation in the rooms to keep things more comfortable.

The rooftop garden was a lovely touch, while the AC struggled to cool the room.

The lounge area was a total gem, with all-day snacks and cozy spots to chill after culinary adventures around town. Tried some delish homemade goodies from their restaurant too-definitely a tasty highlight! The staff was super friendly, made my solo vibes all the nicer.

But let's be real, my AC was barely a whisper during a sweaty September. And can we talk about the lack of a fridge? Plus, the room service felt a bit lazy-barely touched anything except the sheets, not the Parisian magic I was hoping for.

We enjoyed the amazing views from the Club on the 9th floor and loved the terrace. The location is super convenient, and the staff was friendly. The free snacks and drinks. Definitely check out the cool dining options too!

One downside was that the air-conditioning in our room wasn't working well, a bit uncomfortable at times.

Solo traveler, great stay but not cheap

Honestly, the hotel is just steps away from the train station , made my travel way easier. I loved how the staff helped me, they really went outta their way explaining the best train routes and where to find extra suitcases around town.

The rates were a bit steep though, not exactly a bargain, but it's Paris, you know?

I enjoyed the location close to major transport. It made getting around the city easy. Breakfast was well-stocked with fresh items, and the evening snacks were a nice touch. I appreciate places where I can relax and take a break from my travels. Visiting with my partner added to the experience, as we explored together.

The room felt small, and the bathroom was cramped. It took some time to find the hotel at first. I had to walk quite a distance to get to my room, inconvenient.

We spent 2 nights here and loved how cozy the bed was and the blackout curtains that kept the room pitch black. The sauna was such a nice way to unwind after a day out, and the leisure room was perfect for a lazy afternoon. The only hiccup was that the front desk staff felt a bit distant, but it didn't ruin our trip at all 😊
